1128 Milton 2nd. floor details

I bought and rebuilt 1128 Milton in 1995. It had tall ceilings so I made new ceilings that have no connection to the
floor of the apartment above and insulated it thermally and acoustically. I did the same for the floor below. This is
why it is quiet. Also, since it is a solid brick building, I actually built a house inside of a house by building walls
against the outside walls so I could thermally insulate them. To do this I had to move the radiators in 5 inches.
All of the supply and waste plumbing has been replaced. This building has 3 units, one on each floor. If
someone flushes a toilet in another unit while you are bathing, you will see no fluctuation in water pressure or
temperature because each unit has its own water system. All wiring has been replaced . The kitchen has 7
dedicated 20 amp circuits (you can run all appliances at the same time). There is a balcony off of the kitchen
overlooking a gardening area in case you are a gardener. The house is the last one on the block and its long
side faces south so there is no house between 1128 Milton and the sun. Laundry hookups and locker are in the
basement. Available June 1,2008 $945 plus utilities
